The location is convenient and perfect for work, with nearby restaurants, including vegan options and fast-food chains. However, the cleanliness could be improved, especially the toilet and beddings, which felt somewhat unclean. On the positive side, the soft mattress, extra pillows, and couch made the space more comfortable for hosting visitors. The balcony was another highlight, offering a nice touch to the overall experience.

Very good location that is near night market, walking street, old quarter and Hanoi Citadels and West Lake. There are many street food and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. FREE MINI BAR AT ROOM that was excellent services. I can eat instant noodles and drinks coke at night for free. They also have Netflix on TV.

The front desk staff were very helpful and could speak English well. He helped us with booking tour for Ha Long Bay - luxurious and cheap. Also helped with locating various shops etc. The rooms were nice and clean! The hotel is very central and near to old quarter.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet, close to the old town. The room is furnished with everything you might need.
